People arriving here are making several decisions at once within a few hours, and most have never arranged a funeral before. The site had to make the right service findable fast without requiring the vocabulary, and offer a guide for anyone who does not know where to start.

A section of its own sets out what has to happen and in what order, for anyone who does not yet know where to start.

A tone that matches the moment

The imagery and wording are kept calm and unhurried, without the sales devices a service directory would normally use.

Shops and providers can register their own business, with sponsored placements available.
