The system had to serve two sides with different goals on one structure, and to search properly by type of care and location rather than just listing names.

Families look for caregivers or care centres, caregivers look for work — all from the same menu, and both sides can post for free.

ID and background-check status, rating and day rate all show on the search results, so nobody has to open profiles one at a time.

The team maintains the content themselves

Listings, profiles and service categories are all managed from the admin without touching code.
